Doosan Robotics is set to target the intelligent automation market by unveiling its AI-powered palletizing solution for the first time at North America's largest automation technology and robotics exhibition.

On the 22nd, Doosan Robotics announced its participation in "Automate 2026," held in Chicago, USA, from the 22nd to the 25th. Automate is the largest automation technology and robotics exhibition in North America, serving as a premier platform where over 1,000 companies from around the globe showcase smart manufacturing solutions, including robotics, industrial AI, and machine vision.

At this exhibition, Doosan Robotics is premiering "PalletizHD+," its AI-powered palletizing solution. Its core competitive edge lies in high-speed processing capabilities. Equipped with AI-driven pattern generation and "Swift Move" technology—which designs the optimal travel path prior to execution—the solution can process up to 11 boxes per minute. It can also transfer multiple boxes simultaneously depending on the task configuration. This enables clients to handle higher volumes in less time and accelerate their return on automation investments.

In addition, Doosan Robotics is exhibiting End-of-Line (EOL) solutions that encompass the final stages of the production line—including palletizing, box assembly, and packaging—alongside robotic educational kits.

Ryu Jun-ho, CEO of Doosan Robotics, said, "By showcasing a lineup that spans from palletizing to sanding, welding, and EOL automation, this exhibition demonstrates that Doosan Robotics is expanding its business scope beyond collaborative robot manufacturing into intelligent automation across entire processes." He added, "We will continue to integrate AI into actual work sites to expand solutions through which customers can immediately experience tangible gains in productivity and efficiency."
