Korean top-star couple Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin will tie the knot next month, a decade after they began dating.

Their agency, AM Entertainment, announced on November 20 that the couple “promised to become lifelong partners based on the deep trust built through their long relationship.” The wedding will be held privately on December 20 at an undisclosed location in Seoul, attended only by family members and close acquaintances.

Kim Woo-bin also posted a handwritten letter on his official fan café, saying, “I plan to build a family with the person who has walked alongside me for a long time. We would be grateful for your warm support as we begin this new chapter together.”

The couple first met in early 2015 during a clothing commercial shoot. When their romance was reported that July, they acknowledged their relationship within 40 minutes—surprising many fans with their openness.

Shin Min-a, born in 1984 and five years older than Kim, earned widespread praise for standing by him and offering full support during his nearly three-year battle with nasopharyngeal cancer beginning in 2017.
