Hong Kong’s famed nightscape captivated SEVENTEEN members Mingyu and Vernon, who recently explored the city’s signature sights, tastes and vibrant nightlife.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board shared their experiences on its Instagram account (@discoverhongkong), posting images and clips of the duo enjoying Victoria Harbour, sampling local cuisine and taking in panoramic views of the city’s skyline.

Mingyu and Vernon boarded a traditional red-sail junk boat—one of Hong Kong’s most iconic symbols—to cruise across Victoria Harbour and take in the dazzling nighttime skyline. They later visited a restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, where they enjoyed dinner with sweeping harbour views and indulged in Hong Kong’s rich culinary offerings.

During their dining experience, the two shared their excitement, saying, “Dim sum is delicious anytime,” and “I really love the crispy skin on Peking duck.” They then headed to a rooftop bar overlooking Victoria Harbour to enjoy handcrafted cocktails while admiring the illuminated skyline. Their posts brought Hong Kong’s vibrant night culture to life for fans and travelers around the world.

According to the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the city’s celebrated night views can be enjoyed from various vantage points, including the iconic Star Ferry, The Peak, and sky100. Bars, restaurants and cultural venues along the waterfront further enrich the city’s nighttime atmosphere.

The Victoria Harbour area is also a centerpiece of Asian gastronomy, with Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury rooftop bars set among landmark hotels and architectural highlights. From Tsim Sha Tsui dining hotspots to waterside venues on Hong Kong Island, visitors frequently describe the combination of cuisine and harbour views as an unforgettable experience.

SEVENTEEN previously energized Hong Kong during their concerts at Kai Tak Stadium on September 27–28. The shows, held at the city’s largest venue, sold out for two consecutive days and drew more than 72,600 fans, transforming the city into a festival-like celebration.
