Rookie K-pop group CORTIS made a dazzling debut at Tokyo Dome, wrapping up its first-ever performance in Japan with overwhelming cheers from fans.
On November 3, the group took the stage at Music Expo Live 2025, held at Tokyo Dome, joining a star-studded lineup that included Tomorrow X Together, ENHYPEN and leading Japanese artists. The appearance came just three days after CORTIS’s debut, highlighting its rapid rise as one of K-pop’s most anticipated new acts.
The members performed four songs in succession—title track What You Want, FaSHioN, GO! and JoyRide—moving dynamically between the main and extended stages with confident stage manners that captivated the audience. Fans filled the venue with synchronized chants and cheers throughout the set.
Following the success of its debut album promotions, CORTIS continues to expand its global reach, focusing on activities in the United States and Japan. The group performed FaSHioN on Japan’s TBS music program CDTV Live! Live! on November 3 and is set to appear on Nihon TV’s Buzz Rhythm 02 on November 7.
According to Billboard’s latest chart (dated November 8), the group’s debut album Color Outside the Lines ranked No. 3 on the World Albums chart, marking its eighth consecutive week on the list.
