The original soundtrack “Golden” from Netflix’s animated film K-pop Demon Hunters has reached No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, marking another major global milestone for Korean pop music.

According to Billboard’s preview article released on November 3 (local time), “Golden” retained the No. 2 spot for the second consecutive week, after previously spending a non-consecutive total of eight weeks at No. 1. The song has also remained on the chart for 19 straight weeks, reflecting its long-lasting popularity.

At No. 1 for the fourth week in a row is pop star Taylor Swift’s new single “The Fate of Ophelia.” The Hot 100 chart combines data from streaming, radio airplay, and digital sales.

K-pop Demon Hunters is an action-fantasy animation that follows K-pop superstars LUMI, MIRA, and JOY—who, behind their dazzling stage personas, secretly protect the world as demon-fighting heroines.
