The news was first revealed during ITZY’s fourth official fan meeting, ITZY MIDZY, Let’s Fly! On Air, held at KBS Arena in Seoul on September 20. The members expressed gratitude to their fandom MIDZY for their support and pledged to move forward together toward an even brighter future.
Since debuting in February 2019, ITZY quickly rose to prominence, sweeping rookie awards and building a steady trajectory as one of K-pop’s leading performance groups. Their mini album GUESS WHO marked their first entry on the Billboard 200, while CHECKMATE peaked at No. 8, underscoring their global reach.
In 2024, the group successfully completed their second world tour BORN TO BE, which spanned 32 shows across 28 cities worldwide. Each performance was praised for its high energy and precision, reinforcing ITZY’s identity as a performance-driven powerhouse.
Looking ahead, ITZY will hold a three-day solo fan meeting in Tokyo from October 11 to 13, connecting with their global fanbase.
