The music video for APT., the duet between BLACKPINK’s Rosé and pop star Bruno Mars, has surpassed 2 billion views on YouTube, setting a new K-pop record, her agency The Black Label announced Thursday.

The milestone was reached just 335 days after its release on October 18 last year, making it the fastest K-pop music video ever to hit 2 billion views.

Rosé had previously reached the mark with BLACKPINK hits DDU-DU DDU-DU and Kill This Love. With APT., she becomes the first K-pop artist to hold multiple 2-billion-view music videos both as part of a group and as a soloist.

The track, pre-released from her first solo album rosie, peaked at No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot 100 — the highest-ever ranking for a female K-pop artist — and enjoyed global success. Earlier this month, Rosé made history at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards by winning “Song of the Year,” the first K-pop singer to take home the top honor.
