BTS’s Jimin confirms past relationship with actress Song Da-eun

BTS member Jimin has addressed rumors linking him to actress Song Da-eun, confirming that the two dated several years ago but are no longer together.
On August 31, his agency BigHit Music released a statement saying, “The two were once close and shared a relationship in the past, but it ended years ago. They are not currently dating.”
The clarification came four days after speculation first surfaced. Rumors began when Song uploaded a video on TikTok showing Jimin in an elevator, appearing surprised as he spoke with her.
BigHit Music explained, “Out of respect for the other party, we refrained from making a statement earlier. However, due to increasing speculative reports and unfounded rumors, we are now clarifying only the minimum facts.”
The agency added, “We ask that people refrain from reckless speculation about his private life. Please also avoid actions that could cause harm to the individual mentioned alongside him.”
