Super Junior member Kyuhyun sustained a leg injury during the group’s 20th anniversary concert Super Show 10 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul on August 24.

Wrapping up the final Seoul performance, Kyuhyun apologized to fans, saying, “I want to begin by saying I’m sorry. You took precious time, spent money, and waited for months expecting to see my dancing and live performance, but I couldn’t show you everything.” He had been unable to fully participate in choreography after injuring his leg mid-show.

Lightening the mood, he joked, “Maybe I was too hyped up from drinking too much caffeine. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt now. Since umbrellas and chairs were even prepared for me, I felt I had to pretend it still hurt.”

Kyuhyun also expressed gratitude to fans, noting, “When we booked the KSPO Dome, I worried whether we could really fill it. But with even the restricted-view seats sold out, I’m confident we can go on until our 30th anniversary.”

Super Show 10 kicked off in Seoul and will continue as a 16-city world tour through March next year, including stops in Hong Kong, Jakarta, Manila, Mexico City, Monterrey, Lima, Santiago, Singapore, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Kaohsiung, and Saitama.
