Netflix will release the fantasy romantic comedy Genie, Make A Wish on October 3, starring Kim Woo-bin and Suzy.

The story follows Genie (Kim Woo-bin), a lamp spirit awakened after a thousand years, and Ga-young (Suzy), a human who has lost the ability to feel emotions. Their encounter through three wishes unfolds into a romance blending excitement, tension, and comedy.

The reunion of Kim and Suzy, who previously captivated audiences together, is one of the drama’s biggest draws. Kim takes on a bold transformation as the enigmatic “Satan Genie,” whose real name is revealed to be Iblis, while Suzy plays Ga-young, the lamp’s new master — a cold yet mysterious character.

Promotional posters and trailers highlight Suzy standing in a sunlit desert holding the lamp, from which a golden-hued Kim Woo-bin emerges. His line, “I will scour the world to find you. Remember, the name that will come for you is Iblis,” hints at a mysterious narrative and intensifies curiosity about their relationship.

The cast also includes Ahn Eun-jin, Noh Sang-hyun, Go Kyu-pil, and Lee Joo-young, who add a playful spark to the wish-granting fantasy world.
