Rookie K-pop group AtHeart, named one of the “K-pop groups to watch in 2025,” officially debuted on August 13 with the worldwide release of their first album Plot Twist.
The title track, also called Plot Twist, is a dance song blending pop and electronic sounds, featuring a twist-filled composition and a cyclical structure for heightened immersion. It was produced by global hitmakers including Jonah Shy and Rob Kinelski, with lyrics by Cho Yoon-kyung and Bang Hye-hyun.
The five-track album also includes “Push Back,” “Dot Dot Dot…,” “New Me,” and “Good Girl,” each offering distinct emotions and styles, with contributions from producers who have worked with Demi Lovato, Lisa, Pitbull, and Charlie Puth.
Even before their official debut, AtHeart had already attracted 660,000 YouTube subscribers and 33 million cumulative views, earning recognition from outlets such as Billboard, Variety, and TeenVogue as one of the most promising K-pop acts of the year.
The group will launch their global promotions with a debut showcase later today.
