Legendary first-generation K-pop group H.O.T. will reunite as a full group for the first time in six years, just ahead of their 30th debut anniversary.

Hanteo Global announced on July 23 that H.O.T. will headline the “HANeum Music Festival,” which will be held on September 6 and 7 at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

This marks H.O.T.’s first full-group performance since 2019. The group will deliver a solo-stage-level set lasting over an hour on September 7, which coincides with the 29th anniversary of their debut. The performance holds special significance as it precedes their milestone 30th year in the K-pop industry.

Launching this year, the “HANeum Festival” aims to be a large-scale celebration of Korean music history, bringing together artists from K-pop’s 1st to 5th generations. Featuring H.O.T. as the headliner reflects the festival’s intent to honor the beginnings and legacy of K-pop.

“This festival will be a landmark event in K-pop history,” said a Hanteo Global representative. “H.O.T. will lead the way as we begin unveiling the rest of the lineup.”
