Netflix has officially confirmed the production of a U.S. adaptation of its hit Korean reality series Physical: 100, tentatively titled Physical: 100 USA.
According to Netflix on July 16, the American version will feature elite athletes and professionals from across the country—including sports, fitness, and military sectors—competing in a grueling contest to determine the ultimate physique.
The original Physical: 100 gained massive global popularity, with both seasons entering Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English TV category) in more than 80 countries. Season 1 made history by becoming the first Korean reality show to rank No. 1 globally in the category.
Netflix is also preparing a European edition of the series.
Meanwhile, Physical: Asia, produced in Korea, is set to premiere later this year. It will mark the franchise’s first nation-vs-nation competition, bringing together top-tier physical contenders from across Asia. Legendary Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao will appear as the representative for the Philippines, drawing considerable attention.
