Soyou to return July 16 with new single ‘PDA’

Singer Soyou is making a comeback with her new digital single “PDA,” set for release at 6 p.m. on July 16 across major music platforms.

This marks her first new solo release in nearly two years, following her second mini album Summer Recipe in July 2023, excluding collaborative or remake projects.

“PDA” is also Soyou’s first single since joining the label Magic Strawberry Sound, adding extra significance to the release.

Ahead of the official launch, Soyou unveiled teaser content for the track through her personal and label’s official social media channels. The title “PDA” stands for “Public Display of Affection,” referring to expressions of affection in public spaces. In the teaser, Soyou coolly observes couples engaged in PDA with a nonchalant gaze, teasing a bold and stylish concept that has heightened anticipation among fans.
