INFINITE‘s L to star in upcoming drama

INFINITE member L has been confirmed for MBC's upcoming Wed-Thu drama 'Cunning Single Lady'.

L will play the role of 'Assistant Gil', who has his own mental world and unique personality that sometimes annoys his boss, Cha Jung-woo (Joo Sang-wook).

Assistant Gil becomes a true friend of Cha Jung-woo, who later becomes the representative of Korea's leading IT company after having a hard time.

L has proved his excellent acting skill as appearing in dramas such as "Shut Up Flower Boy Band", "Master's Sun", and "What Is Mom?". He is expected to show off his different side with his new role as 'Assistant Gil'.

L said, "It's an honor to work with great acting sunbaenim such as Joo Sang-wook. Through this drama, I'll try my best to grow to be a more solid actor."

Meanwhile, 'Cunning Single Lady' is a romantic comedy drama about a divorced couple who meet each other and fall in love again. It will premiere following 'Miss Korea'.
