Actress Lee Bo-young won the Daesang award at the '2013 SBS Daesang Awards'.
On December 31, Lee Bo-young was awarded the 'Daesang' (grand prize) for her acting in 'I Hear Your Voice' at the '2013 SBS Drama Awards' held at SBS Prism Tower in Seoul.
The actress was also awarded Teen Star Award and PD Award, having a triple victory.
Lee Bo-young said, "I didn't expect this award because there were many outstanding nominees. I never thought of receiving the Daesang since I started my acting career. My husband (Ji Sung) told me that I should put aside 'I Hear Your Voice' in order to go forward. But the drama was so important for me and I will have it in my heart and do my best."
For Mini-Series, the Male Best Excellence went to So Ji-sub from 'The Master's Sun' while the Female Best Excellence went to Song Hye-kyo from 'That Winter, the Wind Blows'.
For Mid-Length Drama, the Male Best Excellence went to Lee Min-ho from 'The Heirs' and the Female Best Excellence went to Lee Yo-won from 'Empire of Gold'.
