EXO sells 1m albums

EXO'S first studio album 'XOXO (Kiss&Hug)' has recorded a new million-seller.

EXO's first studio album sold 471,570 copies and its repackaged album sold 536,007 copies, for a total of over a million copies sold as of December 27.

The achievement is the first time in 12 years after Kim Gun-mo's 7th album and g.o.d's 4th album released in 2001.

Along with the sales record of EXO's special album 'Miracles of December' released this month, EXO's overall sales for this year reaches 1.44 million copies.

EXO said, "We thank everyone who made it possible for our album to become a million-seller. 2013 will be an unforgettable year for having received lots of love and accomplishing many things. We will continue to work hard next year to return the love that we received."

Meanwhile, EXO will perform in the year-end music shows, from KBS's on the 29th to SBS's on the 29th and MBC's on the 31st.
