While two netizens who uploaded photoshopped photo of Davichi Kang Min-kyung were arrested for damaging her reputation, similar cases are also drawing attention.

On November 13, officials from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office announced that they prosecuted two netizens, including a Mr. Kim, on the charge of damaging the reputation of Dachi's Kang Min-kyung by uploading a photoshopped photo.

The prosecutors stated, "Kang Min-kyung sued one more netizen but did not press charges due to the inability to ascertain the person's identity. As defamation cyber crimes against public figures are getting severe, we demanded a formal trial out of our desire to enact strong punishment."

Previously, a teen was arrested for uploading a photoshopped photo of miss A's Suzy on an internet community board.
