Naver and CARLIFE magazine sign MOU to establish specialized automotive database

Naver will be securing a wide range of content through partnership with 29-year-old monthly automotive magazine.

On October 24, Naver announced that the company has signed a strategic business agreement with monthly automotive magazine 'CARLIFE' to establish specialized automotive database.

Naver plans to digitize CARLIFE's specialized contents, and create various automotive specialized content of excellent quality through investment.

Through this partnership, Naver will be able to provide the following: a) domestic and international market car model information, b) automotive industry and culture-related information, c) car reviews and analysis, d) vehicle management tips, and more.

Naver and 'CARLIFE' will continue to strengthen their cooperation in order to build automotive information database of domestic and international markets.

Go Seok-won, automotive service team manager of Naver, said, "Through the partnership with 'CARLIFE', we'll be able to provide various automotive information to users. We will continue to strengthen partnership with other companies with specialized contents."

CARLIFE's editor in chief Park Ji-hoon said, "CARLIFE will celebrate its 30-year anniversary next year and it's so exciting to share 'CARLIFE's accumulated automotive database with nation's largest portal, Naver. Through this partnership, we will continue to generate automotive information and database of high quality in order to contribute to the development of automotive culture in Korea."
