Super Junior‘s Kangin reveals how he lost 15kg

Kangin revealed that he had lost 15kg.

On August 21, a press conference was held for MBC's new variety show "Star diving show, Splash".

During the conference, Kangin revealed, "I lost 15 kg in 27 days."

When MC Chun Hyun-Moo asked how he lost weight, he replied, "I heard that it's good to skip a meal once a week so I skipped my meal in order to cure minor ailments."

The singer said, "For 27 days, I didn't put any carbohydrates near my mouth and didn't eat much flour or vegetables. When I was really hungry, I ate one strawberry."

He added, "I did a lot of aerobic exercise on an empty stomach and I didn't leave the dorm. But I developed a stomach disorder. And I aged faster. My blood pressure went up because I took too much baths."
