Singer Ivy apologized for her post concerning the Asiana Airlines accident.
On July 7, Ivy left a message on her Instagram, "I'm very sorry. I didn't mean it in that way. And I didn't delete the replies. I re-posted the post again because my last post looked so thoughtless. I'm sorry."
Prior to this, before SBS' Inkigayo was cancelled, Ivy posted on her Instagram, "Gifts of the staffs to celebrate the last broadcast. It's Beautiful. Thanks to the Asiana Airlines accident, 'Inkigayo' will be 12 minutes shorter and the chances of me being cut out is 99 percent, what".
The July 7th broadcast of 'Inkigayo' was made to cancel due to the breaking news of the Asiana Airlines accident.
Meanwhile, on the same day, an Asiana Boeing 777 had crash landed at San Francisco Airport, killing two and injuring 61 passengers. At least five people remained in critical condition.
