G-Dragon to work with Missy Elliot on upcoming album

Big Bang's G-Dragon will work with famous rapper Missy Elliot on his upcoming album, which is expected to drop in August.

Missy Elliot is undisputedly one of the most prominent female rappers and the only female rapper to have six albums released. She is often called as 'Queen of Hip-Hop' and 'The Godmother of Pop'.

Her hit songs include 'The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)', 'Hot Boyz', 'Get Ur Freak On', 'One Minute Man', and 'Work It' and has sold over 7 million albums.

She won Grammy Award for Best Female Rap Solo in 2002 and 2003, and accepted her American Music Awards for "Favorite Female Rap/Hip-Hop Artist" in 2005.

Many artists including Christina Aguilera, Janet Jackson, and Justin Timberlake have collaborated with her.

In 2006, the rapper visited Korea and participated in a fashion show by Adidas Originals and promoted her best albums.
