Kim Tae-Hee impresses her Chinese teacher with her fluency

Actress Kim Tae-Hee's fluent Chinese skill was revealed.

On the June 10th episode of SBS' Mon-Tue drama 'Jang Ok Jung, Live for Love', Jang Ok Jung (played by Kim Tae-Hee) revealed her fluent Chinese, shocking the wives of the ambassadors from Qing Dynasty.

After the broadcast, Kim Tae-Hee's actual Chinese language skill drew attention from the viewers. On June 12, the production team of 'Jang Ok Jung' released a photo of Kim Tae-Hee learning Chinese from a teacher by her side.

In the photo, Kim Tae-Hee is seen taking notes to practice her Chinese lines from the script.

A drama representative said, "Kim Tae-Hee received her script with Chinese lines and focused on rehearsing her part over and over. Then she was able to master her lines. Her Chinese teacher was very impressed with Kim Tae-Hee's fast learning ability."
