Singer and actor Seo In-Guk is starring in Hong Sisters' upcoming Wed-Thur drama, "Master's Sun".

Seo In-Guk has been cast for a role in the drama 'Master's Sun' (or 'The Sun of the Lord'), set to premiere in August, as Kang Woo, the head of the security team at shopping mall 'Kingdom'.

Kang Woo was a soldier from the Zaytun Division who has seen the disasters of Iraq war. The character is said to be a responsible and masculine mall security guard of So Ji-Sub's shopping mall 'Kingdom'.

Seo In-Guk said, "I'm very thankful for giving me this opportunity to appear in Jin Hyuk PD and the Hong Sisters' drama. Also, I'm honored to work with So Ji-Sub sunbaenim (senior) and Gong Hyo-Jin sunbaenim. I will work hard in this great opportunity to help the piece shine."

Meanwhile, So Ji-Sub and Gong Hyo-Jin starring "Master's Sun" is a romantic comedy/horror drama about a dark and tearful secretary and the heartless and greedy CEO she works for. The Hong Sisters will collaborate with producer Jin Hyuk, who has worked on a 'Brilliant Legacy', 'Prosecutor Princess' and 'City Hunter'.
