Seo Taiji and Lee Eun-Sung‘s home worth $4.5 million

Seo Taiji recently made a surprise announcement on his official homepage that he will marry 16 years younger actress Lee Eun-Sung and information has been revealed about the house the couple will live in.

On May 19th broadcast of MBC's "Section TV Entertainment News", a segment covering Seo Taiji's house lovacted in Pyeongchang-dong was aired. A real estate expert agent, "The size of the house is 300 pyong (about 991 m2) and if you include the land's worth and construction cost, the house is worth 5,000,000 won (about $4.5 million)."

The expert added, "It's a luxurious house with a garden and a swimming pool. Usually, construction takes about six months, but due to the rumors around the neighborhood, the house was being constructed quietly. So it took about two years."

Regarding Seo Taiji's wedding, his management agency stated, "The date is not set yet. He plans to wed quietly."
