Park Si-Hoo will be exempted from prosecution for rape charge

On May 10, the Supreme Prosecutor's office of West Seoul reported actor Park Si-Hoo and Park's hoobae, Mr. Kim will be exempted from prosecution of allegation of raping a female trainee.

According to the prosecution, alleged victim 'A' dropped charges against Park Si-Hoo and the prosecution no longer has the authority to indict as the case is now closed.

A rep for the prosecution said, "On May 9, 'A's lawyer filed papers to drop their suit. She has not revealed the reason for dropping her charges."

Previously, Park was accused of sexual assault by a trainee on March 15. Park's hoobae, Mr. Kim was also accused of raping 'A' on the same day.
