A-Pink‘s Yookyung leaves her team to focus on her studies

Girl group A-Pink's member Yookyung has decided to leave her team.

According to A-Pink's management agency A Cube Entertainment, Yookyung decided to leave her team to focus on her studies, and A-Pink will recruit a new member to maintain the team as seven members.

A rep from the agency stated, "Yookyung and her agency have made the hard decision after much consideration between continuing as a celebrity and focusing on her studies, as well as the futures of A-Pink, Yookyung, and other six members."

The rep added, "As Yookyung will be leaving A-Pink and entering university this year, she will be no longer A-Pink's Yookyung, but an ordinary college student like others of her age. So please support her and her future."
