Trot singer Jang Yoon-Jung will get married to KBS announcer Do Kyung-Wan.

On April 22, Jang's management agency stated, "Jang and Do, who came to know each other through broadcast last year and have been in a relationship since then, recently decided to get married. They plan to wed in September."

The agency also stated, "As they are both entertainers loved by the public, they wished to let the fact be known and prepare step by step."

Jang Yoon-Jung said, "Do Kyung-Wan was a big help to me when I was having hard times, and he shared my happiness more than I did whenever I was happy. He showed me such a deep faith and love, so I decided to stay with him for the rest of my life, without any calculation or concerns. I will live a rightful life as a married woman so that I can sing happily before my fans who supported me for a long time."

Do Kyung-Wan said, "My empty and cold heart became warm and rich for the first time when I met Jang Yoon-Jung. It would be my best decision I'll make in my life, and I will live in love together thanking the world."

Do Kyung-Wan became an announcer through KBS' 35th round of recruiting and currently hosts KBS 1TV's 'Morning Plaza' and 'Entertainment Relay'.

Jang Yoon-Jung is currently preparing for her dinner show and her label's concert 'Trot Festival - Inwoo Family Concert', which will take place on May 4.
