Lee Min-Ho confirms to play the male lead for SBS‘ ’The Heirs‘

Actor Lee Min-Ho confirmed to play the male lead for upcoming drama 'The One Trying to Wear the Crow, Withstand the Weight - The Heirs' (working title: The Heirs) from the popular screen writer Kim Eun-Sook.

The 20-episode drama 'The Heirs' is already drawing much attention as genius romantic comedy writer Kim Eun-Sook, director Kang Shin-Hyo and actor Lee Min-Ho have teamed up.

Lee Min-Ho said, "I have watched Kim Eun Sook's dramas, and have always wanted to work with her. Now my wish is fulfilled. I believe working with the writer and director who I respect, will be a meaningful project."

Screen writer Kim Eun-Sook is famed for her well-written scripts of dramas including 'Lovers in Paris', 'Secret Garden', and 'A Gentleman's Dignity'. Kim is well-known for her exceptional ability to bring out the best in her male leads.

The drama production company Hwa & Dam Pictures stated, "Lee Min-Ho is confirmed to play the male lead and currently we are working on the casting of the female lead."

This drama is scheduled to premiere in the latter half of the year on SBS.
