The official idol couple KARA's Goo Hara and B2ST's Yong Joon-Hyung broke up.
On March 27, B2ST's agenecy Cube Entertainment stated, "The two who were in a relationship since June in 2011, have decided to break up recently."
The agency said, "Since both groups have to work in and outside of the country due to their busy schedules, they drifted apart. They decided to remain as good friends in the music industry. We ask for many encouragement and support."
KARA's agency DSP Media stated, "Goo Hara and Yong Joon-Hyung ended their relationship as lovers and decided to remain as good friends."
DSP Media added, "When the news of the two unfollowing each other broke on March 15, they were not at a clear state of relationship. Even after they decided to go their separate ways, they exchanged text messages with each other and continue to remain as good friends."
