Gwanak-gu in Seoul is stepping up to nurture competitive content marketers tailored for the artificial intelligence (AI) era.
The district office announced on July 9 that it will run the job placement training program "AI Mini Company Season 2: Content Marketer Edition." Moving beyond simple theoretical education, the AI Mini Company is a practical employment support program designed to help young individuals develop hands-on skills by executing real-world corporate marketing tasks.
This course features a customized job training curriculum based on actual corporate job descriptions (JDs), ranging from hands-on content planning and production utilizing AI tools to project-based marketing experiences. Notably, "MyMeta," a company based in Gwanak S Valley, will participate to provide real-world marketing assignments for the youth.
The training will kick off with job-specific education on July 21. This will be followed by corporate task execution and mentoring from August 7 to 23, before wrapping up with a final result presentation on August 27.
The program is open to young adults aged 19 to 39 who reside or are active in Gwanak-gu, and the tuition is entirely free. Interested youth can apply by July 12 through the "Gwanak Employment and Entrepreneurship Academy" section on the Gwanak Youth Center website.
"In an era where AI technology evolves rapidly, the talents corporations truly desire are those who can be deployed directly into practical operations," Gwanak-gu Mayor Park Joon-hee said. "I hope the local youth grow into marketers with a distinctive competitive edge through this program."
