K-pop girl group ITZY has officially kicked off their second week of music show promotions starting June 19, following the successful release of their latest mini-album Girls Will Be Girls.
According to their agency, JYP Entertainment, the group will appear on a series of major Korean music programs throughout the week, beginning with Mnet’s M Countdown on the 19th, followed by KBS2’s Music Bank on the 20th, MBC’s Show! Music Core on the 21st, and SBS’s Inkigayo on the 22nd.
ITZY’s new mini-album Girls Will Be Girls, released on June 9, and its title track of the same name, quickly climbed to the top of global charts. The album ranked No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart, while the title track’s music video also secured the No. 1 spot on YouTube’s Worldwide Trending Music Video chart, underscoring the group’s international popularity.
The title track, Girls Will Be Girls, showcases ITZY’s signature bold and empowering style, while the B-side track Kiss & Tell highlights their playful and energetic charm — offering fans a glimpse of the group’s contrasting personas.
Looking ahead, ITZY is scheduled to perform at Waterbomb Seoul 2025 next month, where they plan to heat up the summer stage with refreshing and dynamic performances.
