On November 13, K-Pop's top idols attended the 2014 MelOn Music Awards ceremony held at Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.

The grand prizes of this year's MelOn Music Awards went to Taeyang, IU, and g.o.d.

Taeyang received the "Best Song of the Year", IU was awarded "Artist of the Year", and g.o.d got the "Album of the Year".

2NE1, EXO, WINNER, Girl's Day, g.o.d, B2ST, SISTAR, IU, Akdong Music, and Taeyang were chosen as the Top 10 and received awards as well.
