Ahead of their debut, actor-idol group 5urprise revealed their album jacket images, raising fans' anticipation for their upcoming album.


On November 13, 5urprise posted their individual jacket images of their first single 'From My Heart' on the official Facebook. The album is released to celebrate their 6-countries promotion tour.


In the photos revealed, the members are wearing colorful, yet classic suits showing off their handsome features.


The title track 'From My Heart' is composed by hit maker Cho Young-soo and written by Kim Yi-na.


Meanwhile, 5urprise will release their album and its MV and will also hold their debut showcase '5urprise Party' on November 18.
