Ladies‘ Code manager arrested and charged with causing fatal accident

Girl group Ladies' Code's road manager Mr. Park was arrested for causing the fatal road accident in September.

On November 12, the Suwon prosecution team revealed that Ladies' Code's road manager Mr. Park has been arrested and charged with causing the fatal accident that led to the passing of two Ladies Code members and the injuries of four other people.

The prosecution are claiming that Mr. Park was speeding at 135.7 km/h before colliding into a barrier due to the rain on September 3. The speed limit of the highway is 100 km/h, but because it was raining that day, he should have been going at 80 km/h, 20% less than the speed limit, according to Korean traffic laws.

Ladies' Code's agency rep claimed that the car's back wheel had fallen off and led to the car accident. However, the National Forensic Service revealed that the back wheel fell off after the car accident occurred.
