Seo Taiji wears black ribbon in memory of Shin Hae-chul

Seo Taiji appeared as a guest wearing a black ribbon in "Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook".


In the recent recording for "Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook" which took place on October 28 at KBS in Yeouido, Seo Taiji said, "I was highly influenced by Hae-chul hyung. He was a really good brother."


He wore a black outfit with a black ribbon and expressed his condolences to Shin Hae-chul.


Seo Taiji and Shin Hae-chul are second cousins as well as music colleagues.


Seo Taiji said, "Before making my debut, Hae-chul made excellent songs such as 'Jazz Café' and 'Letter to Myself'. I grew up listening to his music. I was influenced by him more than anyone."


He showed affection towards Shin Hae-chul, saying, "I especially liked the lyrics. It was my first time to think that I wanted to write lyrics like him."


Seo Taiji's episode will air on October 30.
