Kim Soo-hyun wins Best Actor in Asia at ‘Tokyo Drama Awards’

Actor Kim Soo-hyun won the Best Actor in Asia award at the Tokyo Drama Awards 2014.

On October 23, Kim Soo-hyun who acted in 'Man from the Star' received the Best Actor in Asia award at the 'Tokyo Drama Awards 2014'. The drama received the honor of the Best Overseas Production as well.

Kim Soo-hyun said, "I'm very honored to receive such a special award. I tried to depict the time that character Do Min-joon had passed. The year 2014 was so special to me. Thank you for giving me such a big award, and always welcoming me, and loving me. I will try my best."

Meanwhile, Kim Soo-hyun will return to Korea on October 24 after the 'Tokyo Drama Awards' ceremony, and then will attend an appointment ceremony as a honorary ambassador of Seoul city at the opening stage of 'DDP Dongdaemun Festival' on October 25.
