Girls‘ Generation members renew their contract with SM Entertainment

It was revealed that all 9 members of Girls' Generation have renewed their contract with SM Entertainment.

According to a media outlet on the 15th, all 9 members of the Girls' Generation have already renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment.

Girls' Generation had a 7-year contract with SM Entertainment starting from their debut in August 2007. The girls have already renewed their contract before their contract's expiration in August.

An entertainment insider said, "All the members of Girls' Generation have agreed to extend their contract. After finishing the official group activity in the first half of the year, they are currently busy with individual promotions. Keeping the contract a secret between the girls and the label is important. This is why they didn't officially talk about the renewal and kept promoting naturally."

Recently, TaeTiSeo, which is composed of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seoyeon, have made their comeback after two years and four months.
