Lee Jong-suk receives special gifts for his birthday

Actor Lee Jong-suk received special gifts from his fans for his birthday.

Lee Jong-suk turned 26 on September 14. In celebration of his birthday, fans gifted him with meaningful gifts such as screen door advertisement, a forest, and a star.

First, his fans gave him a screen door advertisement in a subway station in Myeongdong. This gift is from Lee's Chinese fan café. The advertisement was placed on September 1, and will remain for a month. A gigantic picture of the actor along with a poem is garnering attention among fans.

The most meaningful gift is a forest named after the actor. The so-called 'Lee Jong-suk forest' is the largest scale out of all of the actor forests with around 1,000 trees. The forest was a joint project by the Korean official fan café 'With JS', the Chinese fan café, the Taiwanese fan café, and Hong Kong fan café 'LJS-HK'.

Another special gift from his fans is a star named after him. His Japanese fans gave the present and named it as 'Lee Jong Suk'. The star is one of the biggest and brightest stars in the constellation of Pegasus.
