Group BigBang is celebrating their 8th anniversary.   

The agency YG posted a group photo of BigBang to its official blog-www.yg-life.com with a comment ‘8TH ANNIVERSARY BIGBANG’ on August 19, which was the debut date of BigBang.  

BigBang’s members posted celebrating messages with their autographs, thanking for their fans.    

Five members have left messages; G-dragon said, “It has been only 8 years and we have far way to go. I always thank you. “ TaeYang said, “ 8th anniversary, I’m still young.: Top stated, “ Thank you for having been with us for 8 years. Thank you all. For better tomorrow!” Dae Sung said, “BIGBANG 8th Anniversary, keep follow me!!” SeungRi said, “ V.I.P. 8th anniversary. We should meet. Cant’s wait more. Let’s meet.”        

Appearing as like a shooting star in 2006 to the K-pop world, BingBang has shown improved performances as artists, becoming a K-pop icon. BigBang have gone No. 1 on K-pop stars so many times with ‘Lie,’ ‘Bad Boy,’ ‘Fantastic Baby,’ and more hit songs, and MV of Fantastic Baby, especially has recorded hundred million hits in Youtbue for the first time as a Korean boy group.    

BigBang has been very much successful both as a group and individuals, holding 6 Major Dome tours in Japan for the first time as foreign singers, which attracted about 8 million fans and also they attracted 8 million fans during the world tour.  

Recently, TaeYang released the second solo album and has been loved by fans with the title song, ‘Eyes, Nose, Lip.’ He is on a solo tour concert after his debut in Japan. DaeSung has successfully finished the concert tour, Solo Arena Tour as well. Top has completed shooting the film ‘Tazza 2’ and has been waiting for the release.    

BigBang has performed as a whole group after a long time in ‘YG Family Concert’ held in Seoul Jamshil Main Stadium on the 15th. During the concert, G-dragon announced, “We’re trying to release the full album within the year,” noticing their comeback for this year.   

Meanwhile, BigBang will go on Japanese 5 major Domes Tour from this November for two years in a row as the first time for foreign artists.
