Group WINNER express their ambitions after the debut.

A lunching show and press conference for WINNER’s regular album'2014 S/S’ were held in Conrad Hotel, Seoul on the 6th.

On that day, WINNER (Kang Seung Yoon, Lee Seung Hoon, Song Minho, Nam Tae Hyun, Kim Jin Woo) express their impressions for the debut saying “Finally we debut. We’re deeply moved and we only have way to go forward. We need more spirit to go.” 

For the question that how do they want to be reviewed, WINNER answered “Since we debut as a new face, we would be very much appreciate if people say that we do music that can move and touch people’s hearts.”

The head of YG Entertainment, Yang Hyun Suk addressed on WINNER’s debut, saying “ I was going to make them debut as they finished the program WINNER TV, but I thought that it would much better to think more about the concept, how can they be different from BigBang instead make them debut right away.” 

Also he explained, “It took a year to find music genre for WINNER. To improve their capacity for composing and writing song words, they have almost lived in a studio. I think the album is much better than I have expected.”    

Meanwhile, WINNER’s regular album'2014 S/S’ includes 10 tracks, including two title songs ‘ Empty,’ and ‘Color Ring.’ The members of WINNER have all participated in composing and writing song words as singer-song-writers. 

Besides, Song Minho and Nam Tae Hyun took a charge in ‘Pretend,’ and‘Tonight’ as main producers respectively, which shows WINNER’s music color and also sings ‘He’s tough’ and ‘I’m confessing’ as a solo.  

WINNER will release the album on the 12th, and put on the market from the 14th. WINNER will make its official debut joining to ‘YG Family Concert’ held in Seoul.
