JYJ's label revealed that JYJ is receiving fair treatment and demanded the Incheon Asian Games committee to carry out the promise it made with JYJ.

On July 1, C-JeS Entertainment released an official statement regarding the press conference held for the Incheon Asian Games.

C-JeS said, "A month ago in a meeting, the Incheon Asian Games Committee asked whether JYJ could appear at the press conference, which would cover the opening and closing ceremony. We said we would attend after coordinating JYJ's schedules. The committee didn't contact us after that, and we didn't receive any notice about the press conference held today."

It added, "However, the committee distributed a press release titled, "Stars casted for the opening and closing ceremonies" at the press conference held today. The press release didn't mention JYJ, the official honorary ambassador. The committee also said that the appearance of JYJ is confirmed, but they are not discussing when the stage of JYJ will be made but whether they will allow JYJ's stage to go on."

"The Incheon Asian Games committee promised the opening and closing ceremonies. A few months ago, they even suggested collaborating a stage with Psy for the closing ceremony and JYJ told the committee that they would be honored to be on the same stage. The Incheon Asian Games should keep the promise with JYJ."

"We believe the Incheon Asian Games committee is organized to fulfill the public interest, which is based upon the loyalty and trust. More than four billion Asians have been believing that JYJ is the face of the Games for more than a year, yet the committee did not mention JYJ at the press conference. This is against common sense."

On the same day, a press conference for opening and closing ceremonies of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games was held at Millennium Hilton Hotel, Seoul. JYJ, who has been active as honorary ambassador for the Games, was not invited to the conference.
