Shim Eun-kyung in talks for female lead in ‘Nodame Cantabile’

Actress Shim Eun-kyung is currently reviewing the offer to appear in drama 'Nodame Cantabile'.


On April 29, Shim Eum-kyung's agency BH Entertainment stated, "It's true that Shim Eun-kyung received the offer to play to female lead in Korea's 'Nodame Cantabile', but no decision has been made yet."


The agency added, "We haven't even received the script so nothing is confirmed."


Actor Joo Won is confirmed to play the male lead in the Korean version of 'Nodame Cantabile' and is now in the final stages of mediation.


Meanwhile, the Korean version of 'Nodame Cantabile' is set to air on KBS 2TV in October.
