MBC denies it confirmed producer of ‘Dae Jang Geum 2’

MBC denied that a producer was confirmed for drama 'Dae Jang Geum 2'.


On April 18, MBC said, "There was a report that the producer for 'Dae Jang Geum 2' was confirmed but that is not true. The producer for 'Dae Jang Geum 2' has not been finalized."


Previously, a media outlet reported "The producer of Dae Jang Geum 2 is confirmed to be producer Kim Geun-hong, not producer Lee Byung-hoon."


Producer Kim Geun-hong has participated in producing 'Dae Jang Geum', 'Queen Sun Duk', 'Lee San', and 'Joo Mong'.


Meanwhile, 'Dae Jang Geum 2' is scheduled to air in October.
