Rain confirms lead role in upcoming Chinese movie alongside Liu Yifei

Singer Rain has been confirmed for the upcoming Chinese film 'Hong Yan Lu Shui' (tentative).


According to Rain's agency Cube DC on the 4th, Rain will play the lead role of a man named 'Shui Chung Shuin' in the film 'Hong Yan Lu Shui'.


He will be working with popular Chinese actress Liu Yifei. She appeared in several movies including 'The Forbidden Kingdom'.


The production team said, "We decided to cast Rain as the male lead because he has star quality to lead the film's storyline and he suits the smart and artistic character of his role as Shui Chung Shuin."
