‘Get It Beauty’ Yoo In-na reveals her beautify tips

Actress Yoo In-na revealed her beauty tips.


On February 27, Yoo In-na attended the press conference for On Style's 'Get In Beauty' at Conrad Hotel in Yeouido. The actress was asked about how she maintained such a nice figure and glowing skin.


Yoo In-na said, "In order to keep your skin healthy, the best thing is to make sure you sleep from 10 PM to 2 AM and drink a lot of water. But it's not easy to maintain such routine. I'm not doing it either."


She continued, "But for at least two to three days, I only drink water. I eat brown rice instead of white rice. I eat boiled cabbage and avoid eating snacks."


She revealed she maintains her figure doing exercises. She said, "I constantly do some stretching and lower-body bathing. I also do sit-ups when I have time."


"Get It Beauty" is set to air on March 5 at 11 PM.
