SK Telecom announced on April 7 that it has launched its ESG startup discovery and support program, “Sketch for Good,” and will recruit participating startups through April 30.

The “SKTCH” platform—combining SKT and “Tech”—is operated by the company to identify promising startups and strengthen collaboration.

Through “Sketch for Good,” SK Telecom aims to address social and environmental challenges by partnering with ESG-focused startups. The company plans to select 15 startups with innovative solutions in areas expected to grow in importance, including digital inclusion and care, climate disaster response, and digital crime prevention.

Selected startups will receive tailored mentoring and training for commercialization, opportunities to develop collaboration models with SKT, as well as support for investment attraction and investor relations (IR) presentations.

An official from SK Telecom emphasized that combining innovative startup technologies with social value can drive meaningful change. The company added that it aims to help more startups solve social issues while growing together with SKT through the program.
