IVE voices first Japanese drama theme with ‘DARE ME’

Popular K-pop girl group IVE has lent their voices to the original soundtrack of the Japanese NTV Sunday drama DameMane! The Unmarketable Talent, Management!' (hereafter 'Dame Mane!'), performing the uplifting theme song “DARE ME.”

 

According to Starship Entertainment on April 22, the newly released track delivers a message of encouragement and self-acceptance, with lyrics affirming that “you’re fine just the way you are, without needing to compare yourself to others.”

 

This marks the group’s first time performing a Japanese drama theme as a team since their debut in 2021. IVE shared a message with fans, saying, “We hope you show lots of love and interest not only for the song, but also for the drama DameMane!.”

 

Meanwhile, IVE is scheduled to hold their Japanese fan concert “IVE SCOUT IN JAPAN” on April 22 at Marine Messe Fukuoka.
