Singer Insooni has apologized for sharing a photo of Kim Jong-min’s bride on social media after attending his private wedding last weekend. The post, which revealed the face of Kim’s non-celebrity wife, was later deleted following public criticism.

Insooni wrote on Instagram Stories on April 21, “I didn’t realize the wedding was being held privately. The couple looked so beautiful that I carelessly uploaded the photo.” She added, “Though I apologized to the bride and groom this morning and they said it was okay, I still feel deeply sorry and regretful.”

She continued, “It was my responsibility to be more thoughtful and protective. I sincerely apologize and wish them nothing but happiness and love.”

The incident occurred after Insooni attended Kim Jong-min’s wedding at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul on April 20 and posted a celebratory photo online. The image clearly showed the bride’s face, drawing criticism from some netizens for breaching the couple’s privacy.

Kim Jong-min, a member of the group Koyote, married an 11-years-younger entrepreneur in a private ceremony. Other celebrities who tied the knot on the same day included singer Ailee, actor-turned-businessman Choi Si-hoon, former Rainbow member Noeul, and comedian Shim Hyun-seop.
