Actors Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung have founded a new management agency, Basecamp Company, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their decades-long careers.
On April 18, the two stars announced the launch of Basecamp Company, founded on over 20 years of friendship and mutual trust as longtime colleagues in the entertainment industry.
The agency’s name, “Basecamp Company,” symbolizes a reliable starting point—much like the essential base camp used in mountain climbing or exploration—meant to provide solid and stable support for artists as they pursue their creative journeys.
The agency is built around Cha and Zo as well as a team of experienced professionals who have worked closely with them since their early careers or for more than seven to eight years. This foundation of long-standing trust and teamwork will guide their next steps together.
Cha Tae-hyun and Zo In-sung reportedly plan to focus on their acting careers and continue engaging audiences through high-quality projects.
Cha is currently appearing in the tvN variety show Handsome Guys, while Zo recently wrapped filming for the movies Hope and Humint.
